The Rivermount College project included alterations to the existing science and manual arts buildings. The work comprised of the erection and completion of the multi-purpose hall and external works. The structure consists of a combination of portal frame and steel girts, block-work, cavity brick and stud framing.
Concrete slab was poured on compacted fill with suspended timber frames. Metal roof sheeting was erected on timber trusses and steel purlins.
Fittings and fixtures included sporting and stage equipment within the amenities, stage and drama studios. Civil works construction of the site building pad included forecourt and pathways within the external services and ground work.
